Welcome to the new, budding , internet home for KnoxGirlz of East Tennessee Support Group which is located in Knoxville TN yet also serves surrounding region.

We are a in-person support group for Transitioning Women, more commonly known as Male-to-Female Transsexuals (Transgender). Our intent is to come together for social support, joined learning, and community education. Support topics will range over all interests to develop successful lives, whether it be HRT, dressing, medical procedures, dealing with family and employees, or just basic socializing.
